Brad Konia

Chief Executive Officer

Brad is a lifelong entrepreneur and innovator with a unique blend of business leadership, marketing expertise, and software development skills. He launched his first company – a video rental chain that grew to eleven stores – while still in high school, and went on to found or co-found successful ventures in digital printing, restaurants, digital marketing, web hosting, and financial technology.

Brad has built industry-leading platforms from the ground up, including Clinical Match Me, one of the nation’s premier clinical placement companies for NP and PA students. His technology has streamlined medical education partnerships with some of the country’s largest schools and medical providers.

As a resident of Puerto Rico, Brad is deeply committed to expanding access to healthcare on the island. The model he pioneered at Clinical Match Me provides the foundation for Puerto Rico Healthcare Centers’ medical workforce engine, ensuring that the next generation of medical providers are trained, supported, and deployed where they are most needed, across Puerto Rico and beyond.
